Welcome to The Rainbow School tuition and enrollment information page!
Please be advised that part-time schedules will be accommodated on a space available basis only.
Enrollment openings change daily as we fill them on a first come, first serve basis. Please call for availability.
Upon receipt of your enrollment packet and registration fee, the Director will confirm space availability.

Items required for enrollment: Enrollment Contract, Medical Authorization, Individual Care Plan for Child in Child Care, and Immunizations plus registration fee.

Immunizations:
As of August 1, 2020, Immunizations will need to be Medically verified. Please see this for more information.

For the Certificate of Exemption (If you wish an exemption on any/all of the required immunizations. Physician signature required.), please click here.
Allergies/Asthma:
If your child has allergies, please click here for our allergy packet. This must be filled out and signed by your doctor. It must be turned in with your child's enrollment contract.
If your child has asthma and is 5 years old and under, please click here for our asthma packet for children age 5 years and under. This must be filled out and signed by your doctor. It must be turned in with your child's enrollment contract.
